This bar is the epicenter of nightlife in Banja Luka. Today, good vibes are emanating from this place with a neat décor with woodwork and beautiful sofas. Jova Bar is also a restaurant, but the international menu is not very interesting. It is more for the atmosphere, the music and the garden (which closes at 9pm) that the local youth rush there. Bands and DJs almost every night.
