A dajak club offering city tours aboard a 7 m-long boat for up to 3 adults.
Leave the gondolas in Venice, take the dajak in Banja Luka! This tapered, flat-bottomed boat, 7 meters long, is typical of the Vrbas. Made of oak and operated by a dajakaši (helmsman), it can, thanks to its shape, go up small rapids, provided that no more than three adults are on board. The Banja Luka dajak club offers trips to the city, downstream and upstream of the Kastel fortress. It is also possible to rent a dajak, after having been tested. The best dajakaši compete at the beginning of August during the festival "Summer on the Vrbas".
