KONOBA PLAVA VODA
The "Blue Water Tavern" is an institution: named Lutvina Kafa by Ivo Andrić in his Travnik Chronicle, it was the place where great people relaxed (the Prince of Austria had cheese here twice in 1887). Overlooking directly the white waters of the Plava Voda, the restaurant with its rustic decor offers good traditional cuisine: trout, ćevapi or, travnicka muckalica, the local version of a Balkan stew, in this case made with veal and peppers. As for the house wine, it is rather decent. Nice terrace in the garden.
