This tower (Sahat-Kula na Musali) stands 19.20 m high on the plateau of Musala, a name derived from the Turkish musalla meaning "place of prayer". It was built around 1670 for the first version of the Colored Mosque of the 16th century. Square (3.60 m on each side), it supports a structure of plaster and wood that houses the clock indicating the hours of prayer to Muslims. Travnik is the only city in the country to have two clock towers with that of the mosque Hadži Ali-bey.
