Monument in front of the Croatian Zrinski Battalion memorial to the 7,000 local miners who revolted in December 1920.

Erected in 1956, this monument (Spomen Rudarima Husinske Bune) honors the 7,000 miners of the region who revolted in December 1920. Representing a miner brandishing a rifle, this bronze is the work of sculptor Ivan Sabolić (1921-1986), to whom we owe the Three Fists, near Niš (Serbia). Opposite is the memorial to the Croatian Zrinski Battalion, composed of local recruits and former French Foreign Legion personnel, which took part in the defense of Tuzla in 1992-1994.
