SN Brussels Airlines operates five weekly flights between Douala and Paris. The company also operates flights from Lyon, Nice and Marseille, with a change of aircraft in Brussels. This airline offers good value for money for those who plan their trip at least three months in advance. Travel time is no more than 11 hours, including stopovers, which means that from Paris you can arrive at the end of the day and enjoy your evening in Cameroon. The website is a mine of information.

My connecting flight was cancelled from brussels to Washington and the airline just decided to remove me from the trip completely and switch me over to turkish airlines without my notion. They at first mentioned to me that I was flying with Air France, but seeing as it is Cameroon and I was in Douala, the confusion doesn't surprise me. Douala has always had a bad reputation for how their employees handle customer, especially black customers and those of the anglophone heritage. Brussels never fails to disappoint and their employees are just as bad. The people at the gate were not helpful at all and very arrogant "bamiliki" people, French people that is, who believe they own the world. As for the attendant who solved the issue, the level of arrogance at which they brought was not surprising either as the mister thought he too runs the world. As for the airline I was in, turkish that is, their level of attendance was just as bad as they are all arrogant pricks who think again the world revolves around them, commanding the passenger how to think and tell them they are wrong when they are supposed to be doing their job to accommodate us and not yelling at us. The unprofessional attitude of this country Cameroon as a whole was a very terrible experience and one which I will never want to experience in my life again. I thank the Workers at both the airports in Yaounde and Douala for making my trip a living nightmare and reminding me how terrible, backwards and downright ignorant they really are. I will never make this mistake again to visit this country in my life and I hope non of you do the same.
