The Grey is the latest creation from Nicola, owner of Bistro Latin. Still located in Bonapriso, and mostly frequented by expatriate customers, The Grey offers a setting that couldn't be more offbeat. It starts at the entrance, where you'll be greeted by a statue of Johnny Walker himself (yes, the whisky man). After the bar, then the lounge where music is played, you'll find yourself under a large glass roof overlooking a green courtyard, for table service. Sushi, tapas and Thai platters, Grey is all about fusion cuisine.
