The Alliance franco-camerounaise restaurant in Dschang serves simple dishes such as avocado and crudités platters, the inevitable steak-frites or poulet DG, a great classic of Cameroonian cuisine. The site is also very pleasant, situated on the shores of the lake and a stone's throw from the Museum of Civilization. Be sure to call ahead to make sure the restaurant is open at the time you'd like to take a break.

Restaurant FOSSO est le nom de ce Restaurant
At the entrance of the Franco Cameroonian Alliance of Dschang, we have the FOSSO Restaurant. There The reception, the quality of meals and services, are impeccable. Respect for hygiene is noted at a distance. I will always return because only Mr. FOSSO holds the secrets of the culinary sector in Dschang according to me.
