An institution. Great for a quick bite, or a meal on the go, to take away or eat in. The chicken is roasted, cut into pieces and then dipped in oil. It's all done in front of you, and the masters of fire who officiate here seem to handle embers and furnaces without feeling the slightest heat. It's impressive to watch them at work, but what's more, it's cheap, fatty, spicy if you like, and very good. There are two restaurants within 500 meters of each other, one opposite DOVV and the other just past the Bastos crossroads.
