Around 60 km east of Ngaoundéré, on the Bélel track towards Mbalang, the Tello waterfalls are well worth a visit. At the edge of the track (which is best approached by 4x4, especially in the rainy season), access to the falls is signposted and an area equipped with a parking lot and boukarous is provided. These spectacular falls feature a 45-metre-high waterfall, behind which lies a vast cavern dug into a 15-metre-thick rocky plateau, which can be accessed from the side of the waterfall!

One of the rare site Cameroon who provides all the family to enjoy this geological marvel. It takes 1:30 downhill from Gaoundéré in dry season. In humid season, access is more delicate but practised in 4x4. A boukarou allows you to observe the falls and spade picnic in peace. Visit cave but risks of always possible falls of taking into consideration door forgery impressive rocky plateau. Unmissable site when you visit the region Adamaoua.
