Located not far from Garoua's mosque, this is a small, unpretentious hotel with low prices. The hotel site is pleasant, quiet and secure, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Admittedly, they are very simply equipped but well-maintained, with white bedding and en-suite bathrooms. The hotel has free wifi and a secure parking lot available to guests. The Hotel du Plateau is a good compromise for a one- or two-night stopover in downtown Garoua without breaking the bank.
