The hotel has a small, pleasant garden and a swimming pool, which is sunny all day long, and around which is a large, inviting boukarou, where you can sip a drink or enjoy a meal. Rooms are impeccably clean, air-conditioned, comfortable and equipped with televisions. The bathrooms have bathtubs, and the bar-restaurant offers a wide selection of wines and even champagne. Admittedly, Le Maroua Palace has aged a great deal and could do with a freshening-up, but it's still one of the city's best values.
