L'EMBARCADÈRE
Restaurant offering various set menus and a diverse à la carte menu in Cabourg.
The little "coup de jeune" (open kitchen and leather seats) given to this restaurant, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2020, has brought it good luck. The various formulas proposed for a lunch or dinner break are sure to satisfy all appetites. The menu is varied and includes regional products ranging from seafood (homemade mayonnaise), mussels and chips with a few different sauces (but not too many so as not to add unnecessary length to the menu and, above all, to give the mussels a taste of the sea), fresh pasta "with unique recipes" made 100% homemade (try Embarcadère pasta), salads, fish and meat (tripe à la mode de Caen or Normandy-style escalope?). It’s fresh and nice, both on the plate and the set. In the afternoon, you can enjoy a pancake, ice cream, tea (hot or cold), a small mousse or fruit juice. Sandra and Laurent deserve to be taken off the gangway of their pier for a cruise that is at once gourmet, relaxed and friendly.
