Brasserie offering chicken sandwiches, crudités, and house-smoked salmon, but no desserts.
How to enjoy yourself at the top of the range. This could be the argument of the table (or rather the tables) of the hotel "Les Bains de Cabourg" integrated into the Thalazur centre (spa and thalasso). Let’s be honest: it’s expensive. And let’s be honest: for us, it was good for once. Because at this rate, you can’t have lunch there every day. Option the "Les Embruns" brewery for us and our budget: the "Snack" formula, with a chicken and raw vegetables club sandwich for one, and homemade smoked salmon for the other. We took our time to appreciate (financially speaking) each bite which, in essence, corresponds to a Petit Futé guide! Is it our look saddened by the disproportion between quantity and price that earned us a gourmet coffee in exchange for the two coffees (without dessert) on the menu? Let us give, just for that reason, a smiling note for the considerate service and another for the atmosphere that makes it possible to find, in the same place, at the same time, tie-up seminarians who come to reflect over a glass of wine and curists in bathrobes, happy to restore their health in front of a cocktail without alcohol. And we’re in the middle!
