The BO, for the initiated, is a refined restaurant, located near the market place. New owners since 2022 but the same philosophy, the respect of local products in short circuit. Between land and sea, the chef cultivates the love of beautiful preparations. Homemade foie gras and onion confit, beautiful sole meunière, pan-fried sweetbreads with mashed potatoes in a casserole dish and, for the ultimate treat, whole oven-roasted blue lobster. There won’t be a crumb left on the plate. But, as a friend, save room for the cheese cart!
