SWEET HOME * * *
Magnificent estate facing the sea with villas with rooms overlooking the park and a small sea view
Quiet, facing the sea, it is difficult to guess what this magnificent 8-hectare estate looks like, with only the roof of one of the villas and two benches can be seen, seemingly floating from Marcel-Proust Drive. Fernand Renault, founder of the Renault factories, had the estate built at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1948, it was bought by the Mutualité Sociale Agricole (MSA) de l'Eure, and transformed into a holiday resort to the delight of holidaymakers from that times until today. It consists of two villas overlooking the sea: the Renault villa, with its distinctive character, and the Park villa - whose main view from the rooms overlooks the park with a small sea view - as well as a village of 24 cottages. The activities on offer will entertain children while you enjoy the nearby seaside resort or thalasso. Many formulas, which differ according to the season, allow for a stay at reasonable cost. Couples, families, summer camps and seminars get together (the establishment is part of Cap France). The must: direct access to the beach.
