All over the world, the poke bowl - a Hawaiian dish presented in a bowl and composed of rice, vegetables, crudités, fresh fruit and marinated raw fish served in cubes - continues to gain fans. La Kaz à Poke, which opened in August 2022 in place of the former Burger 12, opposite the Fort-Louis marina, has made it its specialty. The concept? You customize the chef's recipes (fish, chicken, beef or shrimp) by choosing your base (rice, quinoa or salad). A bowl of fresh flavors, to eat in or take away!
