In 2014, Ollivier Bidon-Marabœuf celebrated the 10 years of presence in Caen and a lot of success: the Opticiens Mutualistes in Mondeville, Kare shop, new offices of Caen la Mer (and there was competition!) without mentioning the Auberge de l’Ile Enchantée, Astrid Hotel, and Maître Corbeau in Mondeville... Its success is probably due to the fact that Ollivier is a real passionate. Research for the best colours, ideal traffic, fairest lights... Even in the renovation of the facade, the architect has given a lot of attention to the smallest details to make a habitat a real work of art, where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand. His perfectionism drives him to think about the choice of a simple lever handle, that says it all... Of course, Arcytis is not confined to businesses, and applies the same seriousness to individuals. In addition to his activity, Ollivier is also the regional president of the Union Nationale des Architectes d’Intérieur (UNAI), proof of his total commitment to his profession.
