Twisto also offers self-service bicycles. How does it work? Pick up a bike at one of the 22 stations and drop it off at another. We tested it out: the first time you register at the terminal, quickly choose your bike and unhook it, it's a bit stressful, but it works! No subscription or electric assistance required. Although heavy, the bike is nevertheless stable, with a comfortable saddle, and makes for great outings on Caen's cycle paths. Another option is Véloloc, where you can rent an electrically-assisted bike for a long period, and enjoy the freedom!
