At the foot of the university, there was a desperate need for a good place to dine, and Et Si & Cie has done just that! Antoine, who studied at the Institut Bocuse (no kidding!), and Florian concoct dishes you'll be telling us about! Three starters, three main courses, three desserts, all prepared each week with market produce. Today, the crispy poultry fillet with smoked quinoa was a real treat! We finish with a light citrus or melon dessert. Add to this Juliette's smile in the dining room: perfect!
