Le Bistrot Basque is a restaurant serving specialties from the Basque Country in Caen. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, it invites you to enjoy dishes based on carefully selected products .We offer a lunchtime menu: starter + main course or main course + dessert. For starters, you can choose from a plate of Serrano, croquetas with salsa sauce or marinated boquerones. As for the main courses, you can choose between a Hasparren plate, fish of the day or meat of the day. Crème brûlée, Olé rice, Basque cake or duo, sheep's milk cheeses...
