Mola Taqueria is a Mexican street food restaurant where you can find fresh, homemade products, cooked right before your eyes.

Moving to a bigger place and an expanded menu for even bigger treats, banco! Chez "Mola" is Mexican street food, the real thing. Fresh, home-cooked by Emile, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, but whose passion for travel has caught up with him. Corn tortillas with "guaca" (a delicious base of broccoli, cashew nuts and peanuts). Tacos: the barbacoa with beef confit and the cerdo with spiced pork belly; nachos; cheese quesadillas, but also burritos, desserts (hum the tortilla de leche...) and cocktails for a festive evening!

Eh bien ça alors... Une très belle découverte, vraiment. Beaucoup de goûts. Une viande savoureuse et superbement assaisonné. Très frais. Les quesadillas aussi, gourmandes à souhaits. Le guacamole au brocolis et une tuerie. Autant j'ai du mal avec les autres guacamole que le miens, que je trouve vraiment bon, mais là j'ai vraiment aimé, c'est dire. Une très bonne adresse à Caen et vraiment la seule adresse Mexicaine que je valide dans la régions. Je/nous reviendrons très prochainement. ????????????????
