Indian restaurant in Caen offering various samosas, naans, and delicate desserts.
Admittedly, the decor is rather kitsch, but the warmth is in the welcome and in the food - and that’s the most important thing! From starter to dessert, we go from surprise to surprise, everything wonderfully cooked. We’re offered something to nibble on before we start, followed by a panel of samosas in a variety of flavours, accompanied by a cheese naan. For the main course, we opt for the Bombay chicken. It’s hearty, but our curiosity leads us to try the Halwa, a semolina cake with saffron. A palate of varied cuisine that will satisfy many palates.
