Restaurant offering sushi made with extra-fresh products in Caen.
Needless to say, we had some reservations before entering this restaurant, representing the fast sushi shop restaurant, fifteen years of existence, about outlets in a dozen countries. We thought that the design decor, rather successful, was only a facade, and that behind was a sushi factory, prepared industrially, and destined to be eaten with a soda, in the total disrespect of Japanese traditions… That alone. But we have done it! If at the time of the orders, arranged as at McDonald’s, behind which a volunteer staff is being agitated but not very clever, our fears were in the process of confirming themselves, they were then swept in the same movement as the dish service! Fine sushi, made up of extra-fresh products, carefully presented, great variety of recipes, some of which are certain thoughts by great chefs, such as Thierry Marx, miso soup to fall… A real happiness!
