Sushis, makis, rice, all-you-can-eat formula in a Japanese restaurant in Caen offering a beautiful space and conveyor belts.
Decidedly, the place is predestined for Asian cuisine, barely has the former closed establishment that Fujiya Sushi is here. This beautiful space with its many places allows one of these famous conveyor belts to circulate. Unaccustomed to the genre, we quickly need help. A charming waitress explains the concept to us: depending on the menu chosen for lunch, we are allowed to take four to seven plates. For the formula at will, well, everything is said, you take as many plates as you want, or rather as your stomach can support (rice, the main base of recipes, it stalls!). Farandole of makis and sushi, shirashis and sashimi ballet. Salmon, tuna, surimi, shrimp or sea bream. Not to mention skewers and other gyozas (fried chicken ravioli) or ebi fry (breaded shrimp). All served with coleslaw and miso soup. It’s original and fun. Prefer lunch, the prices are not the same in the evening!

Seul petit bémol : le nigiri au saumon flambé avait un léger goût de gaz, certainement à cause du chalumeau.
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant !
