Do you know Italy? If not, you’ll get a taste of it at La Trattoria! Isabelle and Sylvain are masters of their craft, and will be delighted to share their secrets with you. We fell for the house specialty, Trattoria tagliatelle. Cream, sage, mushrooms, all flambéed with grappa right off the Parmesan wheel, a real feast for the eyes and taste buds! The al verdure recipe with vegetables fried to perfection was just as tasty. For us, THE Italian reference in Caen.

Dîner en famille pour 3 personnes. Pizzeria plutôt haut de gamme. La qualité est au RDV. Les tagliatelles aux truffes sont exquises, celles au Pesto aussi. Pour ma part, j'ai retenu les tagliatelles à la Putanesca, très subtiles en goût aussi. La préparation des tagliatelles aux truffes d'été sont préparées devant avec une surprise, je vous laisse la découvrir.

La soirée a été excellente, cuisine très savoureuse, présentation des plats intéressante. Personnel très sympathique. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la présentation des pâtes avec le chef, très sympathique !

Déçus . Une salade de saumon cher pour la qualité des ingrédients présents dans la barquette . Oubli de la vinaigrette alors qu’ elle a été demandé . La serveuse n’est pas aimable .
