After accompanying his father, a Lebanese caterer, on the markets for many years, Nicolas opened his restaurant in Caen. Everything is made on the spot from fresh products. The result is a healthy and colourful cuisine. Tabbouleh, falafel, labneh with zaatar, tangy lentil salad, moussaka, tender chicken brochettes to dip in homemade hummus...
