Now known as Waiiha (Hawaiian in verlan), this Poké bar is a real treat. Healthy by definition, the Poké Bowl recipe is simple: a marinated protein base (raw salmon or tuna, tofu, tataki - braised beef) accompanied by fruit and vegetables, on a bed of vinegared rice. The result is fresh, tasty, deliciously hearty and easy on the stomach. The taste buds travel with delight. You don't have to rack your brains to get your ration of 5 fruits and vegetables with this dish! For added freshness, try a bubble tea to accompany your dish.

Petit restaurant avec une décoration atypique et chaleureuse.
Personnels agréables et respectueux.
Les Poke Bowl sont faits avec des produits de qualité et en bonne quantité.
Ça change vraiment des restaurants traditionnels ! Une découverte qui me fera revenir !

Découvert hier soir, nous avons été très agréablement surpris ! Qualité et fraîcheur des produits, gentillesse du personnel au top. Pour moi le meilleur sur Caen pour le moment. Le riz n'est pas sec mais un peu saucé avant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
