Now known as Waiiha (Hawaiian in verlan), this Poké bar is a real treat. Healthy by definition, the Poké Bowl recipe is simple: a marinated protein base (raw salmon or tuna, tofu, tataki - braised beef) accompanied by fruit and vegetables, on a bed of vinegared rice. The result is fresh, tasty, deliciously hearty and easy on the stomach. The taste buds travel with delight. Beaucoup de riz,les ingrédients sont frais et bien présentés.
La recette au saumon est bonne et celle aux crevettes aussi. Il manquait un peu de sauce "à part" car le riz boit.
Les serveurs sont souriants et la salle est propre.
