The Midi canteen is housed in this superb Ressourcerie. Always anti-gaspi, the menus are concocted each day according to the arrivals of the grocery store (itself stocked by local producers). On the plate, lots of great recipes! Stir-fried noodles with mushrooms and smoked tofu or vegetable curry, you’re sure to love it! For dessert, chocolate moelleux or lemon poppy muffins, yum! With mainly local, organic and home-cooked products, it can only be good! A special treat: eat in the garden.
