Restaurant in Caen with a warm atmosphere and inventive cuisine using fresh, local produce
If there's one address we've been itching to try again, it's this one! Back since last year after a 3-year absence, we had missed Benoît Guillaumin's casseroles! The decor, in shades of blue, gives the place a warm ambience. On the plate, the cuisine is inventive, using fresh, local produce. We loved the filet of pollack with chorizo pastries. It's so good, and you feel so good, you don't want to leave!
