We offer delicious meat specialities and typical dishes of the region. You will discover a greedy card emphasizing the quality of the products used. Our cuisine is 100% home-made and we use local products. A true den for the bon vivants.
Origin of our cuisine: 100% from Normandy! We work exclusively with local traditional farms. The beef comes from a short and traced circuit, our animals are raised and slaughtered in Normandy. Our breeders respect the natural and traditional cycle of cattle breeding. The preparation is artisanal and all our meats are matured.
