Noble ingredients for certain recipes: block of foie gras, duck magret, real mozzarella di bufala PDO (finally!), smoked salmon Labeyrie, raw ham and rockets, top-notch chefs - the sign is not French for nothing! - who regularly deal with new ideas, so say that the formula has what to federate. The pizzas become traditional version, Gourmet or Prestige. And that’s good! In addition, there is a choice of small entries (wings, cod acras, mini rösties, and other cheese bites) and a "food collection" with salads, sprinkled pastes and hot sandwiches. The room is located just below the pericentre and you can enjoy the terrace if weather permits. Please note, a wise formula for midday and a nice child menu.
