Who is behind this new address? It’s Umit Topal who, after working in Turkey in a kebab shop, then in Germany, joined his cousin in the rue de Geôle, at the Royal Kebab, for 12 years. Far from being a beginner, Umit excels in the finesse of cutting. You can see him in action by ordering a kebab and choosing the veal or chicken spit (or both!). Apart from a doubt about the freshness of the fries, let’s underline the variety of vegetables (carrots, courgettes, peppers, cabbages...) from the Mondeville market gardener.
