Ah, le Safran! For us, it is one of the best kebabs in Caen! And we’ve been enjoying it for almost 25 years! We love the unchanged and unavoidable recipe, 100% chicken fillets marinated in olive oil and lemon and other secret ingredients, that Ahmad prepares every day. Assisted at the counter by his son Keyvan and his wife Marlene in the kitchen, it’s a family business that runs smoothly, just look at the line in front of the small establishment! Come early, once the spit is finished, there is no extra time, even if it’s only 8 pm!

Habitué aux Kebabs, nous sommes venus pour gouter le "meilleur kebab de Caen" au poulet. Une attente de plus de 30 min avec moins de 10 personnes devant nous. Le "Kebab" n'avait pas beaucoup de goût. Pas de croustillant. où sont les oignons, tomates ? Plus proche d'un sandwich que d'un vrai Kebab. Le Kebab original est nettement plus savoureux. Comment a-t-il pu être élu "meilleur kebab de Caen" ?
