Ah, le Safran! For us, it is one of the best kebabs in Caen! And we’ve been enjoying it for almost 25 years! We love the unchanged and unavoidable recipe, 100% chicken fillets marinated in olive oil and lemon and other secret ingredients, that Ahmad prepares every day. Assisted at the counter by his son Keyvan and his wife Marlene in the kitchen, it’s a family business that runs smoothly, just look at the line in front of the small establishment! Come early, once the spit is finished, there is no extra time, even if it’s only 8 pm!
