Ah, this is one of our favorite haunts, especially as we know we're in for a treat! With its intimate, cramped, almost troglodyte, jazz backdrop, it's one of our favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. Jérôme, the owner, had the good idea of leaving his saxophone for the stove! His cuisine, based on fresh produce, smacks of simplicity and generosity: "cochonnailles" parmentier, lemon lasagne... Everything is beautifully mastered, a true cuisine of produce, unsophisticated, but oh so tasty. You'll have to come back for more!
