Le gratin que l'on vous a servit était froid et nous nous en excusons et non pas congelé comme vous l'avez dit car rien n'est congelé chez nous. L'équipe est en restructuration et ce soucis, je vous l'accorde ne devrait pas arriver. Nous vous l'avons bien sûr réchauffé.
