Alexandre and his wife Marie-Jo have turned this brasserie-pizzeria-rôtisserie into a welcoming place where you can, of course, drop in at l’Improviste! There’s no fuss here, it’s simple and warm, just like home! They offer some damn good recipes, as well as snacking with ready-made meals and sandwiches to take away. The place also plays the local card: tripe from Maison Sabot, merguez from Chez Marcel, and organic vegetables from the market... And don’t forget Alexandre’s delicious pizzas!
