After L’Hydropathe and Balthazar, Jenny and Greg Dupin are embarking on a third adventure, taking over La Cave de Beaulieu. The couple have added their personal touch to the establishment, renaming it L’Hydropathe cave et resto. The concept is to offer a cellar, cheese shop, delicatessen and restaurant all in one place. The restaurant offers quality cuisine at lunchtime, and is always busy with business lunches - a sign that rarely deceives!
