Restaurant in the Vaugueux district that offers artisanal tripe and an affordable lunch menu.
After 25 years of service in his restaurant in Le Vaugueux, the chef Benoît Porcheron has handed over to Valérie Thomet, former manager of Le Bougnat in Dives-sur-Mer. With its decoration between retro and modern and its red benches, the spirit of the Bistrot has remained at the Embroche with a lunch formula that is quite affordable. Finally, lovers of Norman specialties, don’t panic, the traditional tripe in the style of Caen is still honoured in this establishment with the one that received the Tripière d’or in 2022.
