We love them! This restaurant delights and surprises our taste buds, and we owe it all to the chef couple, Inès and Axel, magicians of flavors. We left our tasting session with stars in our eyes. This time, the magic worked around an incredible dinner, all transported by the chefs' cooking, which sublimated each ingredient with talent and delicacy. Balanced flavors, attentive and discreet service. It was a flawless meal that gave us a gastronomic experience we won't soon forget.

Try our beet glazed with thyme, goat's cheese and sesame espuma, or our smoked potato gnocchi with beef confit, truffle emulsion and Oseau Iraty shavings .
