In his restaurant, whose decor is inspired by the Parisian bistros of yesteryear, chef Paul Quetel has fun reinventing local cuisine. His recipes are convivial and generous, concocted with fresh, local produce. His rich, flavorful canaille cuisine is enhanced by spit-roasted meats. Crispy pig's trotters, herring and apples in oil, or rabbit royale. A vegetarian dish is also available: Paul succeeds in surprising with familiar dishes, while paying homage to our culinary heritage.

Un peu pointilleuse et adepte des bons restos, je décerne ma palme à l'assiette au beurre. Petit resto au charme certain avec une cuisine de l'époque qui rappelle les souvenirs culinaires d'antan ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Merci. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation

Un très bon repas partagé entre amies. Les plats sont très bons et copieux (nous sommes de bonnes mangeuses). Serveuse très souriante et sympathique. Le seul petit bémol, c’est l’odeur de nourriture sur nos vêtements en sortant. Nous avons passé un très bon moment ! Merci
