Hotel offering impeccable rooms and suites, regularly updated and refurbished.

The Mercure Port de Plaisance enjoys an excellent location, to say the least. With 70 restaurants and 50 bars in the vicinity, who can say the same? And if you book in advance, rates couldn’t be more competitive. The 126 rooms, including 28 privileges and 4 suites, are all spotless, regularly modernised and refurbished, and some, as their name suggests, come with a few privileges: giant-screen TV, iPhone/iPad docking station, complimentary (non-alcoholic) beverage, etc. Of course, all the rooms have a private bathroom. Of course, all rooms feature all the comforts of the chain: top-quality bedding, flat-screen TV with international channels, free WiFi connection, kettle, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, minibar and that cosy, hushed ambience that satisfies the businessman and dazzles the young couple on a trip. The hotel has a classy bar, the Between, with its wine by the glass and huge black-and-white photos of the city. You can also dine at the hotel’s Courtepaille restaurant. Good to know: the Mercure regularly runs special offers, which you can pick up on the website!

Weekend magnifique à Caen. L'hôtel Mercure est bien situé. La literie est confortable et le personnel attentionné. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est plus que complet bref je recommande ce superbe hôtel.
