CAEN FLOORBALL

You read "Caen Football"? Missed is "Caen Floorball" to promote a sport born in Sweden in the 1980s. No huge grassy terrain, cramponnées shoes, or walks on the foot, but a surface similar to that of a handball field, delimited by a plastic border, and a game of passes and shooting that takes place using a lacrosse, because the floorball is a hockey derivative… The teams consist of a goalie and five field players only. The Caen club, born in 2008 under the leadership of Vincent Grieu, is the first club of Floorball in Normandy. In 2014-2015, the club team participated for the second time in the French D1 championship, bravo! Newly created (Spring 2014), the women’s team of Western Floorball (the Wild West Women) represents the club with enthusiasm and talent during women’s championship matches.
