3D virtual tours of the city of Rome, organised and explained in Caen.

The Norman architect Paul Bigot had a brilliant idea when he decided to reconstruct ancient Rome. The result is impressive: a 1/400th scale model, all in plaster, with a surface area of about 70 m², reflecting the city in the time of Emperor Constantine. Handy, it is made up of 110 nestable modules and is enriched with modifications as new discoveries and advances in knowledge are made. 3D virtual tours of the city are organised and accompanied by explanations. A real journey through time!

Tres grande maquette reconstituant Rome, à voir surtout lorsque nous sommes allés visiter Rome pour que ce soit plus parlant. Drôle d'inactivité a Caen mais tres sympa à faire. Entrée à 5€.
