Like the rest of the place, the grocery store operates on a cooperative basis: a partnership with some sixty producers has made it possible to set up this fine project. Over 500 products in all categories (food, cleaning, cosmetics, etc.), mostly in bulk, organic and local. What’s more, it’s not only on the shelves of the grocery store, but also on the plates of the canteen!
