Apres avoir mangé une tartine dans la voiture : l acidité est telle que j ai eu mal au dent et un gout dans la bouche comme du bicarbonate pur!!
J ai essayé avec du beurre ,du chocolat, de la soupe.. l acidité est telle que je l ai jeté aprés l avoir fait gouter car la reaction dans la bouche est unanime
j ai lontemps fait mon levain et mon pain là le levain n est pas maitrisé ils ont peut etre du ajouter un levant en quantité +++
? le gout reste lontemps aprés et une sensation désagréable alors que je n ai pas de sensibilité dentaire...
Je vais retourner à la Falue rue de la seine plus loin mais incomparable au niveau gout naturel qualité et prix
