A modern, airy bakery: the store really makes you want to come in, and you are always well received, especially by the emblematic Odile. You especially want to taste everything. The bread, the pastries, the salads, the pies, the sandwiches, the nibbles, the little dishes in jars (hum, the duck parmentier!)... Here, the hardest thing is to choose. The little extra, Marcel is open on Sundays. Thanks to its success, a second shop has opened on the Place Fontette, opposite the old court.

Une qualité en baisse
Si l'endroit est prestigieux puisqu'il se trouve sur la plus belle place de Caen, malheureusement, la qualité n'est plus au rendez-vous. A part l'incontournable cheesecake au caramel, les autres gâteaux sont banals . Les sandwichs variés font souvent grise mine car la vitrine semble mal réfrigérée. Les viennoiseries sont abîmées faute de place. Enfin, le pain sauve un peu la note car il a le mérite d'être fait sur place. Autre regret, le service à la terrasse est absent. Mon avis ne demande qu'à être confirmé par une prochaine visite

un retour a l'essentiel
une équipe souriante et dynamique,une belle gamme de sandwich d'une fraîcheur au top,et la pâtisserie au naturel sans blabla. Et il ferme à 21h00 avec toujours du pain fraîchement cuit encore chaud
