What a stack! It's been three years since Vivien Le Sénéchal took over this bakery and remodeled it in his own image, from the decor to the products and their quality. Everything here is fresh and homemade, from the mayo to the chicken cooked on the premises to the salted butter caramel. We recommend the zebra bread (made with charcoal and corn), which is as beautiful as it is delicious, or the macaroons. As for the croissants, they're to die for! Attentive to his customers' needs, he adapts to requests to concoct new recipes, like this cookie without hazelnuts or almonds. Top-notch!
